10 years ago I...

1. Was living in Bloemfontein South Africa, serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
2. I was dreading leaving behind a place and people I had learned to love so much it still hurts to think of how far away they are.
3. I was tormenting my companion by hanging my blue missionary planners on my side of the bedroom wall in a checkerboard pattern to represent how many weeks I had left on mission. :)
4. I was making up "rain dances" and playing Phase 10 on P-Days.
5. I was getting excited to get home and get reaquainted with family and meet my new nephews and niece.

5 things on today's "to do" list...

1. Visiting Teaching
2. Reschedule Ammon's doctor's appointment
3. Meet a couple of my sisters for a playdate
4. Buy "duck bread" for our picnic at the duck pond park tonight
5. Clean out the disgusting minivan

5 snacks I enjoy...

1. Corn bean salsa and chips
2. Seven layer bean dip
3. Brownies
4. Slurpees (Mango Mandarin)
5. Garlic bread

5 things I would do if I were a millionaire... (Besides the obvious tithing one)

1. Build myself a nice big kitchen and closet with lots of storage with a little bit of a house built around them.
2. Go back to South Africa and Botswana and then fly all my friends from there over here.
3. Get mine and Denver's families out of debt.
4. Hire a maid so I can just hang out with my kids all day. Sigh...
